Ruby Sherrell

Ruby Eveline Clouse Weaver Sherrell passed away on January 5, 2019 at NHC of Sparta at the age of 85. Ruby was born in Cookeville, Tennessee to Norman Curtis Clouse and Gracie Henny Clouse on September 14, 1933. Ruby loved to quilt and crochet. In her earlier years she worked as a C.N.A at White County Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Norman (Curt) and Gracie; One son, Hasten Weaver; One daughter, Brenda Weaver Johnson; One brother, Leevoy Clouse; Sisters, Lovie Riddle, Winnie Cooper, Dimple Pistol.

Ruby is survived by her two sons, Kenneth (Jean Ann) Weaver od Sparta, Tennessee, James (Wynde) Weaver of Sparta, Tennessee; One brother, Danny (Sharon) Clouse of Cookeville, Tennessee; Sisters, Lorrene Ashburn of Cookeville, Tennessee, Pearl Baker of Piedmont, Missouri, Barbara Bohannon of Algood, Tennessee, and Bonnie Tallent of Cookeville, Tennessee; Nine Grandchildren; Ten Great Grandchildren; And two great-great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements:

The family will accept visitors from  2:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.

Funeral service will begin at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Officiating: Bro Jeffery Randolph and Bro. Howard Gorter

The family will have a private burial on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at West Cemetery.
