Mollie Clark

Mollie Ruth Clark, age 84 passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021, in Cookeville, TN.

She was born to the late Ralston J. Swindell and Gertrude Barnes Swindell on September 20, 1937, in Sparta, TN.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters Birdie Gooch, Ruby Marcum; brothers Dallas Swindell, Buford Swindell, Gerald Swindell; daughter Pat Simpson; granddaughter Lindsey Wilcox, son-in-laws Chuck Talbot, and David Burns.

She is survived by her daughters Alice Wilcox, Deborah (John) West, Shelby (Eugene) Pinkston; son Bruce Clark; grandchildren Tracie (Eric) Reading, Jessica (Steven) Draper, Angie (Tim) Brown, Tim Scott, Kerrie Roberts, Nathan (Jenny) West, Kerrie (Clint) Copeland, Joni (Daniel) Trivette, Star (Justin) Simpson, Joshua (Elizabeth) Griffin, Daniel (Michelle) Pinkston, Shauna (Zac) Peterman, Katelyn Pinkston; great-grandchildren Travis Reading, Talyssa Reading, Daisy Draper, Dugan Draper, Daphne Draper, Kelsey (Jalon) Foster, Kassidy Roberts, Natalie West, Khloe Hunt, Seth and Blake West, Kashton Copeland, Dillon Brown, Talon Brown, Elyza and Ralston Trivette, Kylie and Declan Griffin, Josh and Lucas Peterman; great-great grandchild London Foster; siblings Margie Roberts, Faye (Tub) Huston, Edna (Dean) Moland, Barbara (Loyd) Dunn, Liz Willson; a host of nieces and nephews, and a community of children that she loved as her own.

ARRANGEMENTS:

Funeral services will be day, September 26, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at Doyle United Methodist Church. Officiating will be Bro. John Murphy. Family will have a private burial on Monday at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 26, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Doyle United Methodist Church.
