Jody Samuel McCullough, age 49 passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at his residence of Crossville, TN.
He was born to the late Erskine Hardin McCullough and Heidi Hansen McCullough on April 30, 1972, in Crossville, TN.
He is preceded in death by both his maternal grandparents; parents; nephew, Matthew Lee Crawford.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Ann McCullough; sons, Samuel Wade McCullough, Nicholas Thomas Pierce, and Joshua Hardin McCullough; sisters, Cheryl Crawford, Jamie McCullough, and Christie McCullough; along with his beloved nephews.
