James Thurman Chaffin, age 79 passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at his residence of Sparta, TN.
He was born to the late Homer Fred and Rose Nell Chaffin on June 8, 1942, in Gainsboro, TN.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and infant child, Matthew David Chaffin.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elinore (Stewart) Chaffin; son, Mark Chaffin (Terumi); daughter, Brenda Chaffin Wilson (Steven); grandchildren, Megan Wilson, Dalton Chaffin and Daegan Chaffin; sister, Linda Austin (Jerry).
ARRANGEMENTS:
Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. till 5:00 P.M. at Corinth Church Of Christ.
Funeral service on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 5:00 P.M. at Corinth Church Of Christ. Interment at Corinth Cemetery.
