Floyd Lewis Guy, age 74 passed away on Saturday March 19, 2022, at Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN.

Floyd was born on July 30, 1947, to the late Floyd and Flora Kirby Guy in Sparta, TN.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Carolyn Eunida Guy; parents, Floyd, and Flora Kirby Guy; sister, Elnora “Ellie” Guy Dalton; brother, Earl Clark Guy; brother-in-law, Ed Spiva.

He is survived by his daughter, Crystal “Christy” Gardner; sons, DeWayne Guy, Tim “Janet” Guy, Randy “Heather” all of Sparta; grandchildren, Savannah, Cody, Nathaniel, Paige, Alysha, Tai, Hunter, Trisha, Arnold, Dakota, Sierra; great grandson, Artorias Reilly; sisters, Bettie Guy Spiva, Katherine Guy Phifer.

ARRANGMENTS:

Visitation will be Tuesday March 22, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at Thurman Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Wednesday March 23, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. Thurman Funeral Home. Interment will be at Frasiers Chapel Cemetery.
