Mrs. Willmeta Greene Sherrell, age 86, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Mc Kendree Manor in Hermitage, TN.
Mrs. Sherrell was born October 6, 1924 to Charles Clyde Greene and Rachel Elizabeth Swindell Green in White County, TN.
She is survived by two daughters, Yvonne Carringan of Hermitage, TN and Elaine Fisher of Lebanon, TN; two sons, Harold Bruce Sherrell of Kingston, TN and Charles Thomas Sherrell of Smyrna, TN; three grandchildren Jennifer Carrigan, Brittney Sherrell and Joshua Sherrell; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, and husband Harold Lewis Sherrell.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 12:30 P.M. at Bethlehem Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. John Murphy.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M. at Thurman Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.
