Vincent "Vince" Miley, age 47, passed away Friday, October 7, 2011, at his residence in Sparta surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 2, 1964, in Marlinton, West Virginia. Vince was employed with Kroger in Facilities Maintenance .
Survived by his wife of 24 years, Rebecca D. Miley of Sparta; daughter Melanie Maguire of Sparta; sons, James Hearn and Mike Hearn both of Summerville, South Carolina, parents, Richard and Jewel Miley of Summerville, South Carolina; sister, Tracy Miley Norton and a niece, Megan Widener both of Summerville, South Carolina; grandchildren, Austin Maguire, Alexis Hearn, Alex Hearn, Danielle Hearn, Dylan Hearn, Avery Hearn, Jacob Hearn and Micah Hearn.
Memorial services will be Saturday, October 8, 2011, at Thurman Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. Officiating will be Bro. Danny Lane
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
