He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Ray and Cora Lou Brown; brothers, Erbie Howell, Vernice Howell, and Dewey Howell; sister, Bernice Howell; and brother-in-law Claudie Dean Mabe.

He is survived by sister, Carolyn (Claudie) Mabe; brother, Jerry (Anita) Brown; sister-in-laws, Joyce Howell and Dorothy Howell; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services:

Visitation will be held in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with the service beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will be at Elrod Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Ronnie Taylor.
