Todd was born on September, 22 1989 in Crossville, Tennessee.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Spivey; sister, Monica Dion Spivey; and father, William Wayne Spivey.
He is survived by his mother, Sondra Spivey; sisters, April Spivey, Ashley Spivey, Cheyenne Barnes (Dylan), Beverly Barrett, and Kathy Campbell; brothers, Lonnie Spivey and Jesse Spivey; along with a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He will be remembered for being selfless, and we will never forget his smile.

There will be a graveside service at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Warren County, Tennessee on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 12:00 P.M.
