She was born on May 21, 1957 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jamie Bailey; sister, Peggy Howard; and Son-in-law, David Palmer.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Bailey; parents, Luther and Sammie Killian; sister, Lucy Killian; brother, Patrick Killian; sons, Johnny Smith and Michael Hill; daughters, Angel Palmer, Terri Ann Bailey, and Heather Bailey; daughter-in-laws, Carleen Smith and Rena Phillips; son-in-law, Billy Young; grandsons, Johnny Smith, Jaxson Palmer, Jeremy Hill, Timothy Hill, and Ryan Narramore; granddaughters, Brittany Smith and Jessica Kopczynski; cousin, Robin Vaugh; and her favorite cousin, William Vaughn.

Arrangements:

There will be a memorial service at a later date in the Chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.
