Shirley Rowena Massa

Shirley Rowena Massa, age 88, passed away on May 6, 2024 at home surrounded by her loving family in Sparta, Tennessee. 

Shirley was born on March 8, 1936 to the late Joseph and Nettie Sliger in Sparta, TN. 

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Massa.

Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Miller (Jim), Lisa (Larry) Wilmoth, Shannon (Danny) McClain; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Lynn Sliger; sister, Jean Rice; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Arrangements:

 Funeral services will be day, May 10, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Elrod Cemetery. Officiating is Bro. Chris Sparkman.

The family will accept visitors on day May 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home.
