Shirley Cathleen Elrod Allen April 27, 1955 - December 25, 2014
Shirley Cathleen Elrod Allen, age 59, of the Old Zion Community, passed away December 25, 2014 at her home.
Shirley, daughter of Charlie Clelon & Geneva Rosell (Nash) Elrod was born April 27, 1955 in Muncie, Wayne County, Indiana.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, James Rodney Elrod.
Shirley is survived by her son, Donnie Ray Allen, Jr.; two sisters & brothers-in-law, Geraldine & John Pollard of Sparta, Diana & Billy Masters of Shorewood, IL, a brother & sister-in-law, Carl "Buddy" & Judy Elrod of Sparta. Shirley is also survived by 3 nieces, 5 nephews, many great-nieces & nephews, aunts, uncles & friends.
Visitation with the family will be December 29, 2014, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Time and Place of Services, Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Place of Interment, Old Zion Cemetery.
