Ricky Carl Dilldine

Ricky Carl Dildine, age 69, of Sparta, passed away Sunday, October 4, 2026, at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.

Ricky was born February 9, 1957, in White County, Tennessee, son of the late Carl and Loucinda Dildine of Sparta. He spent his working years as a logger, a trade that demanded hard work and early mornings, and he took pride in a job well done.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Loucinda Dildine, and one sister, Beverly Luna.

He is survived by his son, Ricky Shane Dildine of Sparta; one brother, Randy Dildine of Sparta; his special friend, Rhonda Hale; his stepson, Jake Hale; and many cherished relatives and friends.

A memorial service for Ricky will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Taylors Providence Road Church, 181 Taylors Providence Road, Sparta, Tennessee.
