Powell "Bud" Cain McGuire, age 73, of Spencer, TN, passed away at the Highland Medical Center, December 13, 2014. Mr. McGuire was born in Spencer, Tennessee on August 25, 1941. He was the son of Robert Lee McGuire and Elizabeth Estell Cope McGuire.
Preceded in death by parents, sisters, Alice Courier and Estell Bouldin.
Survivors include his wife, Emily Rose Bechtel McGuire of Spencer; children, Steven McGuire of Geneva, Ohio and Tammy McGuire of Ohio; step-children, Dale Maxwell of Walaska,Ga, Gail Cotton of Spencer, Cathy Maynard of Qubeck, and Mark Maxwell of Sparta and sisters, Mattie Cadle of Pikeville; brother, Robert McGuire of Richman; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren and several step- great grandchildren. ARRANGEMETS:
Funeral services will be held at Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 1 p.m., officiating will be Bro. Wayne Sullivan. Interment Anderson Cemetery .
Family will receive friends Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 11 am. till time of service .
