Mrs. Patsy Elizabeth Mann, age 76 , was born January 30, 1934, to Alva Edison Young and Ida Virginia Keeney Young in Frederick, Maryland . She passed away on November 28, 2010 at the Cookeville Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Mann was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church for 43 years in Sparta.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Louis R. Mann of Sparta; daughters Jean Blankenship and husband Lee of Murfreesboro, TN, Brenda Kelsey of Richmond, VA and Lona Cothran of Cookeville, TN; son Louis R. Mann, Jr. of Sparta; brothers Gene Young and wife Chanz of Smiths, AL, Guy Yonng and wife Marsha of Sanford, FL and Gary Young of Walkersville, MD; sisters Cleo Myers and husband Roger of Fredrick, MD, Linda Young of PA and Joyce Young of Walkersville, MD; grandchildren Chris Bounds, Eric Kelsey, Phillip Kelsey and Amy Kelley; great grandchildren Gabrielle Bounds, Zach Bounds, Madison Bounds and Bryson Kelsey.
Mrs. Mann was preceded in death by her parents and brother Glenn "Bucky " Young.
The family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 5:00 P. M. from 9:00 P.M.
Funeral services will be held at Thurman Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at 11:00 A.M. . Officiating will be Bro. Michael Dickerson. Interment will be in the Saylors Cemetery .
