Mrs. Ova B. Harris Bumbalough, age 94, passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 at Life Care Center of Sparta, TN.
Mrs. Bumbalough was born to Dock Harris and Callie Vaughn Harris, April 6, 1918 in Overton County, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie Lee Bumbalough, one infant son, Lonnie Ray Bumbalough, one great grandson Donivan Blake Randolph, one step grandson Jonathan Jones. brothers, Cordell and Elbert Harris and sisters Edna Sams, Dovie Harris, Lorine Harris, Bertha Harris, Ella Phipps and Cordia Farley; step brothers, Bill Baker and Ed Baker.
Survivors include her children, 3 sons, Robert and Peggy Bumbalough of Dunkirk, IN, Ralph and Jane Bumbalough of Walling, J. T. and Patsy Bumbalough of Sparta, TN; 5 daughter, Frances and Arnold Williams of Sparta, Maggie and late Bobby McCloud of Cookeville,TN, Barbara and Lester Cunningham of Sparta,TN, Martha and James Hutson of Cookeville, Janice and John Pittman of Sparta,TN; 1 sisters, Beulah Phillips, 3 half sisters, Alberta Farley, Edith Blue and Rosie Mae Hall; 1 step brothers, Claude Baker ; 37 Grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren
ARRANGEMENTS Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Monday, January 14, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Officiating will be Bro. Freddie Copeland and Bro. Elmore Judd. Interment will follow in the Bohannon Cemetery. Pall Bearers, Randy Bumbalough, James Bumbalough, Dewayne Bumbalough, Stanton McCloud, David William, Todd Cunningham, Rodney Randolph, Brandon Randolph and Kyle Price Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Sunday January 13, 2013 at 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm.
