Mr. Oscar Thomas Bowman, age 54, of Cookeville, passed away at his residence, Wednesday, January 25, 2012.
Mr. Bowman was a veteran of United States Army National Guard for 6 years.
He was born November 6, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Willard Brockette Bowman and Loretta Arlene Shoemaker Bowman Brown.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Eve Bowker Bowman of Cookeville; daughters, Misty Nicole Bowman and Tonya Arelene Van Ness of Rickman; step children, Debora Graham of Baxter and Stephen Graham of Jacksonville, Florida; brother, Rick Bowman and wife, Judy of Rickman; sister, Pamala Whitehead of Cookeville; half brother, Darryle Brown of Smithville; three grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the Circle Drive Church in Algood.
