Mystery Eliona- Moon Adams

Mystery Eliona-Moon Adams passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 5:33 AM at Ascension Saint Thomas River Park Hospital, at the age of six weeks.

She was born in McMinnville, Tennessee, to Autumn and Andrew Adams.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Barbara Ann Pack; her great-grandfather, Roy Pack; her great-grandmother, Dianne Osborn; her sweet aunt, Gracelynn Adams; and a beautiful angel baby, Wislynn, who watched over her and welcomed her to heaven.

She is survived by her mother, Autumn Adams; her father, Andrew Adams; her big brothers and sisters, Magnolia Eileene-Mae Adams, Joshua Frane , Mayven Ethinyus-Lucksy Adams, and Meadow Edailyah-LaRose Adams; her Honey, Patsy Pack; her Bibi and Papa, John and Brandi Paquin; her Mimi, Tammy Lynn Adams; a loving family friend, Nakiya Westcott; her aunts and uncles, Jamie, Adain, Dalton, and Gypsy Adams; along with seven beautiful cousins.

Little Mystery had the most beautiful smile. She had just started learning to tell her mom and dad that she was a "good baby."

ARRANGEMENTS:

A private memorial service will be organized by her mother and father.
