Michael Ryan, age 50, passed away on October 11, 2026, at Vanderbilt Hospital.

Michael was a hardworking man who spent his life working in several factories, doing masonry, and building houses. He took pride in his work and was never afraid of a hard day’s labor.

Michael will be remembered for his kind heart, generous spirit, and willingness to help others. He was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back to someone who needed it more than he did. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and give whatever he could to those in need. His generosity and compassion was a reflection of the man he was and the values he carried throughout his life.

He is survived by his fiancé, Jessica Young; mother, Kitty Zieber; his children, Taylor Davis, Ashley (Ryan) Mendoza, Kat Marsden, and Cherry Ryan; his siblings, Angie Talbert (Chris), Patrick Ryan (Erin), Cindy Higley (Brett), Natasha Downey (Andy), and Michelle Zieber (Jeff O’Neil); and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Anthony Ryan Sr. Also by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents.

Michael’s memory will be cherished by his family and friends. His dedication to hard work, his generosity toward others, and the love he shared with those around him will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.

May he rest in eternal peace and may his memory live on forever.
