Lorinzo Douglas Young

Lorinzo Douglas “L.D.” Young passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord February 3, 2026. An avid musician, LD loved to worship in music and song. A beloved brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many. LD was preceded in death by his father Toy R. Young, mother Beatrice Winnett-Young, Sister Barbara McManus, Brother Michael Wayne “Mike” Young and niece, Jennifer Rene` Lundy. He is survived by sisters Louise Johnson, Maxine Alexander (Mike), 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 10 great nephews and nieces, 4 great-great nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at Young Graham Cemetery.
