Lloyd Hutchings, 75, passed away on November 4, 2015 at Signature Health Care of Putnam County.
Mr. Hutchings was born April 22, 1940 to Casto Hutchings and Lillie Myrtle Billings Hutchings in Smithville, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Willard, Herman, Reed, W.G. , Claude Hutchings; sisters, Lucille Hawkins, Ravanell Johnson, and Lenice Bumbalough; and two infant siblings. Survivors include his wife of 56 years of marriage, Dorothy Goodwin Hutchings; three children, Rhonda Green, Mark Hutchings, and Hilda Davis and husband Tim all of Sparta; brother, Alton Hutchings and wife Nancy of Cookeville; seven grandchildren, James Meisenzahl and Michael Green Jr. of Rickman, LeAnna Hutchings of Murfreesboro, Shane Davis of Cookeville, Cecellia Sullivan, Heather Meisenzahl and Chad Davis all of Sparta; great grandchildren, Chloe and Lauryn Sullivan, Kyler McDonald and Carter Burks. ARRANGEMENTS:
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday November 7, 2015, at Thurman Funeral Home, officiating will be Bro. Danny Bandy and Bro. Clayton Lee Jr., with burial in Carter Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., Friday November 6, 2015, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Danny Hutchings, Rick Grider, Seth Price, Joe Sullivan, Michael Wilson and Shane Davis.
