Lisa Rosita Vance Seibers, age 40, passed away October 27, 2016 at Summit Regional Hospital in Hermitage, Tennessee.
She was born in Crossville, Tennessee on August 14, 1976, to Ronald (Ronnie) David Vance and Rosalee Jones Blaylock.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Alice Rosita Jones, Brenice Irene Mitchell and Clyde Benerd Vance.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Ann Davis, Lindsay Lashay Walker and Johnathan Blake Seibers; sisters, Kimberly Irene Vance Thomas, and Kellie Ray Blaylock Smith; brothers, Ronald David Vance, Rodney Dillon Vance and Johnny Lee Blaylock; parents, Ronald (Ronnie) David Vance, Rosalee Blaylock and husband Johnny; grandfather Herald Tean Jones
Pallbearers will be Ralph Vance, David Vance, Payton Griffin, Dillon Vance, Quinton Prater and Johnny Blaylock.
ARRANGEMENTS
The family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Monday, October 31, 2016,at 2;00 P.M.Interment will be at the Lost Creek Cemetery.
