Kenneth Lloyd Stang, age 86, of Sparta, TN, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Highland Medical Center in Sparta.
He was born May 15, 1926, his parents were Benjamin Stang and Loretta Agnes Nash.
He was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Hannah Stang.
He served his country in UNITED STATES NAVY.
Survivors include daughter and son in law Loretta and Charlie Taylor of Sparta; son, Tony Stang and FiancAC. Betty Fair of KY; step daughter, Patricia Richardson of OH; grandchildren, Gary Taylor, Barry Taylor, Felicia Taylor & Jayden Stang; Great grandson, Warren Taylor; Step grandchildren ; Tamika Jones & Cassy Richardson; step great grandchildren, Richie & Josh Jones all of OH; numerous nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Officiating will be Pastor Dr. T. Reynolds Hall.
Pallbearers, D.J. Sparkman, John Taylor, Jacob Smith, Robert Burnett, Charles Adkins and Norman Cope.
Interment will follow in the Fraiser's Chapel Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Monday, March 11, 2013 at 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm..
