Joseph "Joe" Lacinak

Joseph “Joe” Lacinak passed away on April 1, 2018 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, Tennessee.

Joe was born on June 7, 1934 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Pete and Sarah Lacinak.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; Two brothers, Paul and James Lacinak; Son, James Lacinak; Sister, Helen Sue Farris, and Great-Granddaughter, Ciara Mitchell.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Lacinak; Sons, Joseph (Donna) Lacinak, and John (Michelle) Lacinak; Daughter’s, Debbie Wyatt, and Tammy Gilardi; sister, Mary Lou Lacinak Isaacs; grandchildren, Joe Lacinak III, Christel Lacinak, Karolyn Lacinak, Amber Lacinak, Brian Wyatt, Chelsea Arnold, Terrance Dustin Lacinak, Samantha Lauren Gilardi, Austin Gilardi, Nick Lacinak, Andrew Lacinak, as well as great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Arrangements

Memorial services will be at United Faith Church of Christ in Cincinnati, OH on Monday, April 9, 2018 4:00 pm and Saturday April 14, 2018 at Steven Gap Church of Christ on at 2:00 p.m. in Crossville TN
