John Wayne Frady, age 46, formerly of Sparta, Tennessee, passed away in Haines City, Florida on Monday, August 13, 2012.
He was born May 30, 1966, Livingston, Tennessee to Arlis Paul Frady and Wilma Faye Bradley Frady.
He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Justin McCormick.
Survivors include daughters, Destiny Frady and Franny Sadler of Cookeville; brothers, Arlis Frady of Cookeville and Douglas Paul Frady of Haines City, FL; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sally and James McCormick of Sparta and Edith and Lester Whittaker of Cookeville; and two grandchildren.
ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be held at Thurman Funeral Home, Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m., Bro. Jim Phillips will officiate. Interment will follow in the Frasier Chapel Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 1 p.m. til time of service.
