Mrs. Jo Marie Ward, age 66, passed September 14, 2010 at White County Community Hospital in Sparta, Tennessee.
Mrs. Ward was born to Dewey Cunningham and Maggie Lou Brown Cunningham on March 24, 1944 in Sparta, Tennessee.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Ward and Michael Ward of Sparta; Sisters, Joyce England of Sparta and Kathy Cole of Alexander, TN; grandchildren, Josh Ward and Destany Ward.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 33 years Jerry Ward; brother, Kenneth Cunningham; sisters, Wanda Lucille Anderson and Janice Sims.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., Thurman Funeral Home, officiating will be Bro. Joe Neal and Bro. Josh Ward. Burial in the Old Zion Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Thurman Funeral Home, 6:00 p.m. til 9:00 p.m.
