Mr. Jerry Wayne Ward, age 59, was born in White County, TN on January 2, 1951 to Wilmer Lee Ward and Gladys Marie Young Ward. Mr. Ward passed away on Saturday, March 27, 20010 at the White County Community Hospital in Sparta, TN.
He is survived by loving wife of 33 years, Jomarie Ward; sons, Micheal Ward and Kevin Ward; brothers and sisters, Eugene Ward, Gary Ward, Dale Ward, Brenda Ward and Judy Throckmorten. Grandchildren, Joshua Ward and Destany Ward. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant brothers and a brother, Kenneth Ward.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Thurman Funeral Home, interment in the Old Zion Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday, March 29, 2010 at Thurman Funeral Home at 6 p.m. til 9 p.m. Thurman Funeral Home, LLC of Sparta, TN is in charge of the arrangements.
