Jeffrey J. Johnson, age 60 of Sparta, TN formerly of Huntington, IN passed away on Thursday March 31, 2022, at Signature Health Care in Jamestown, TN.
Jeff was born on April 26, 1961, to the late Anton and Wanda (Price) Johnson in Huntington, IN.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, William B and Andrew A Johnson.
He is survived by his, sisters, Kathy E. (Ron) Mulles of Casa Grande, AZ, Kris J Carney of Prierceton, IN, Judy J( Larry) Randolph of Sparta, TN, and Jackie J (Ken) Owen of Denver, CO; nephews, Jeremy Turner, and Rick Mulles; nieces, Junne (Mark) Burke, Carrie (Paul) Moreland, Genny Carney; he is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews.
