Howard Hudgens

Mr. Howard Hudgens, age 94 , passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at his residence in Sparta.
Mr. Hudgens was born March 6, 1915 in White County, Tennessee to Ernest Lee Hudgens and Atha Randolph Hudgens. Survivors include; two daughters, Katherine McCaleb and Dianna Officer and husband Hugh; four grandchildren, Becky Officer Bolin and husband Todd, Jennifer Officer Passons and husband J.M., Burt Reed and wife Mona, and Kenny McCaleb and wife Christy; 2 step grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 9 step great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife of 74 years Eunice Haston Hudgens, and granddaughter Sandra Reed.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Thurman Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. Officiating will be Bro. Doug Goff . Interment will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Thurman Funeral Home from 5pm till 8pm.
