Howard Ernest " Howie" Cox, age 80, of Sparta, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013, at N. H. C. of Sparta. He was born July 8, 1933, in Milford, Connecticut, to Jesse Nelson Cox and Helen Wheeler Cox.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Stuart Cox of Sparta; Son, John C. Cox and wife Mary of Connecticut, Daughter, Holly E Clark and husband Bart of Connecticut, Sister, Linda Coermond of New York; as well as two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jesse Cox also of Connecticut.
Mr. Hodge served his country in the United States Army in Korea..
