Mr. Gregory Arthur Tarvis, age 62, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Centennial Medical Center Nashville, Tennessee.
He was born to Phillip and June Tarvis on November 8 ,1962 in Zaragoza, Spain.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mark Tarvis.
Survivors include his daughter, Crystal Simmers-Boyd; son, Hollace Tarvis; grandchildren, Katharine, Lily, Morgaine, Dakota, Zane, Levi, Emma; great grandchildren, Kendall, Audrianna, Stetson, Sean; brother, Jeff Tarvis; also, he is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
