Glenda Gail Bishop, born on November 6, 1947, in Harlen, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, in Plainville, Georgia. Glenda was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose warm heart and infectious spirit touched the lives of those who knew her.
Glenda's life was marked by her unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her husband, Earl Wayne Bishop, daughter, Glenda S. Cooper, and her son, Allen Ray (Vivian) Cooper, who cherish the memories of their
mother. Glenda also leaves behind her grandchildren: Ray Cooper, Dawn Cooper, Bryson Cooper, John Spivey, Chris Cooper, and Kenny Cooper. Her legacy continues with several great
grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild, who brought joy and pride to her later years.
Her passing is mourned by the memories of her late sons, Steve Cooper and Brandon Cooper,
whose absence will be felt deeply. Additionally, she is remembered by Jason Payne, Bradley
Spivey, and O Spivey, her grandson who predeceased her. Glenda's life was further enrich_ed by the love of her several brothers and sisters, now departed, who shared in the joys and tribulations of life with her.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a graveside service in honor of Glenda on November 26, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM. This intimate service will be a time to reflect on her life and the
impact she made on those she loved.
Glenda Gail Bishop will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
