Gerard Van Eick Jr., age 63, went home to be with the Lord on September 6, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Gerard was born August 6, 1958, in Ketchikan, AK to the late Jerry and Dot Van Eick.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Gerard is survived by his wife of 20 years, Tina Van Eick; brothers, Roy (Lisa) Van Eick, and Walter Van Eick; son, Waylon Duff; also numerous family and friends.
ARRANGEMENTS:
Memorial services will be Sunday, September 12, at 5 p.m. at Christian Life First Assembly of God, 117 N Spring St. Sparta, TN 38583. Services for Gerard will be live streamed on Facebook with Christian Life First Assembly of God.
