George Leonard Fults

George Leonard Fults, Age 79 passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024. At Saint Thomas Highlands Medical Center in Sparta, TN.

 He was born in Jasper, TN on November 8, 1945 to late Paul and Rebecca Fults. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Katherine Austin; brother, Paul Fults.

Survivors include his wife, Ernestine “Tina” Fults; daughter, Tracey (Jeff) Smith of Estill Springs, TN; grandchildren, Zach (Alejandra) Smith of Nashville, TN, Jacob Smith of Estill Springs, TN, Anna Grace Smith of Doyle, TN; brother-in-law, Robert (Dianne) Meeks of Doyle, TN; Also, he is survived by several nieces and nephews
