Gaines John Davis

Gaines John D. Davis went to be with the Lord on June 22, 2018 at the age of 71.

He was born in Sparta, TN to Odas and Fancie Davis on February 13, 1947.

He is preceded in death by His parents; Odas and Fancie, and his Brothers; Jimmy Davis and Tony Davis.

He is survived by his Wife of 37 years, Ruby Davis, Daughters; Donna Davis, Teresa (Ricky) Dean, LeAnn Davis (Josh Simmons), Grandchildren; Nick Rittenberry (Katrina Phillips), Logan Dean, Diania Witt, Cody Dean, One Great-granddaughter; Avery Rittenberry, Sisters; Geneva (Tom) Donelson, Wilma Hensley, Joene (Jim) Whitworth, Janie Stroup and Joe Brasel, Sarah Vance, and Henry Davis; Many Nieces, Nephews , and Cousins .

Arrangements: The family will accept visitors on Monday June 25 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral Service will begin in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home on Tuesday at 2PM, Interment at Mccoy Cemetery, Officiating : Bro. James Rittenberry, Bro. Robert Burton
