Frances Stewart Newby, age 77, of Cummings, GA formerly of Sparta, TN, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013.
She was born May 22, 1936 in White County, Tennessee to James Horace Stewart and Effie Masters Stewart. She moved to Georgia in 2000.
Preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Effie Stewart; and daughter Jenna Lynn McClurkan.
Survivors include her son and daughter in law, Robert and Bethany McClurkan of Canton, Georgia; sister, Barbara Jean Allen of Nashville; two grandchildren, Cassidy and Houston McClurkan. Also a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services at Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Rev. Ken Smith. Interment will follow in the Old Zion Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. till time of service at 1:00 P. M..
