Elsie Horton

Elsie Ruth Horton, age 85 of Doyle, Tennessee passed away on December 8, 2022.

She was born in Quebeck, Tennessee on November 22, 1937.

She is preceded in death by her husband, James Daniel Horton; parents, Robert and Cora Hutchings; siblings, Tom Hutchings, Ray Roberts, and James William Hutchings.

She is survived by her children, Dan (Betty) Horton, Karen (Gary) Craig, Don (Donna) Horton; sister, Edith Dodson; sister, Ruby Hutchings; brother, Wayne (Debbie) Hutchings, along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Arrangements:

The family will receive friends and loved ones from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on December 10, 2022, in the chapel of Thurman Funeral Home with the service beginning at 1:00 pm with Bro. Roy Terry officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery thereafter.
