Dorothy Ann Reeves, age 81, passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at her home in Sparta.
Dorothy was born in Los Angles, California on March 9, 1935 to James Earl Kreiss and Pauline May Enns Kreiss.
She was a member of Central Church of Christ for many years and was a loving wife, mother and granny. Also she worked as a seamstress until she retired. She was so loved by many.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Charles Vernon Reeves and great granddaughter, Brandi Reeves.
She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Laura Selby and Pat of Sparta ; sons and daughter in law, Roger Reeves and Debbie of Seymour and James Reeves of Sparta, sister, Marguerite Najarian of Belen, New Mexico; grandchildren and grandchildren in laws, Alicia Selby Farris and Thomas of Chattanooga, Heather Barr and Shawn of Richmond, Virginia and Christopher Reeves of Sparta; great grandchildren, Haley, Haden, Hunter, Jasmine, and Aubrey, Several nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services will be at Central Church of Christ, Saturday August 20, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. officiating will be Bro. Jack Chadwell. Internment will follow at Eastland Cemetery.
Visitation will be on August 20, 2016, Saturday, at Central Church of Christ at 10:00 A.M. till time of service.
