Mrs. Doris Haston, age 77, a resident of Sparta, passed away November 19,2012 at her residence. She was born August 20, 1935 in Pikeville, Tennessee, to Walter Evans and Clema Smith Evans.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Hollis Evans.
She is survived by her son Roger and wife Dara Haston, and two grandsons Drew Haston and Roggie Haston.
Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Bro. Doug Benningfield will officiate. The family will recieve friends on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 At Thurman Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Internment will be at Blankenship Cemetery in Bledsoe County.
