Dimple Adcock

Mrs. Dimple Elease Adcock, age 76, a resident of Sparta, passed away December 10, 2012 at Highlands Medical Center of Sparta. She was born April 6, 1936 in Sparta, Tennessee to George Dewey Poston and Sarah Emaline Flatt Poston.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William (Fat) Adcock; three brothers, Tom Poston, Carlos Poston and Fred Poston; and two sisters, Lucille Goines and Shirley Simpson.
She is survived by one son, Ronnie Adcock; two daughters, Pam Tayse and Mary Jane Adcock, all of Sparta. She is also survived by one brother, Billy Poston; and three sisters, Christine Kirby, Sue Graham and Lois Kirby, as well as two grandsons, Kaleb Tayse and Tyler Spivey and numerous nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMETS: Funeral services will be at Thurman Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2012. Bro. Doug Goff will officiate. Interment will be at Old Bon Air Cemetery in Sparta.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Thurman Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
