Mr. David Lee Warner, age 70 passed August 29, 2010, at the Cookeville Regional Hospital Cookeville, Tennessee.
Mr. Warner was born to Lyle Don Warner and Jeanette Van Norman on January 20, 1940 in Flint, Michigan.
He is survived by his wife: Sheryl Healy-Warner of Sparta, children: Shai'Lee Eve Warner of Sparta, David Lyle Warner Jr. of Cadillac, Michigan, Lisa Marie Smith of Davison. Michigan and Denise Ann Hewitt of Flint, Michigan, brother: Thomas Jay Warner of Sparta, sisters: Donna White of Rock Island and Sandra West of Swartz Creek, Michigan. Also four grandchildren: Jacob, Joshua, Kristin and Ryan of Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family will have a private service.
