David Edward Oltman, 88, of Sparta, passed away, Tuesday September 13, 2022, at Manchester Health And Rehab Center.
David is the son of Ernest and Anna Oltman of Geneseo, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Emilia Oltman
Survivors include his wife Sherry Wagner. Daughters, Cinthia Thompson and Pamela J Calhoun
