Darlene Simmons was born September 16, 1946 in Highland Park, Michigan and passed away peacefully from this life on June 26, 2023 at Cookeville Regional Hospital surrounded by those that she loved the most.
She retired from Mallory/Emerson Industries.
She was a proud member at Bear Cove Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Chuck and Kelly Swindell.
She is Survived by her sons; Gordan Simmons and Brian Simmons; grand-daughter, Aaleia Simmons.
She had many special friends and family that began many years ago.
Arrangements:
There will be a visitation at the Chapel of Thurman Funeral Home on June 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery.
