Carrol Rozell Oakley, age 81, passed away on November 23, 2015 at St. Thomas Highland Hospital in Sparta.
Carrol was born in Sparta on November 23, 1934 to Willie Allen England and Roxie Lee Cooper England.
Preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy Ray Oakley; brothers and sisters, Margaret Web, Edward England, Thurman England, Vernell Mackie, Charles England, and Robert Haston England.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Bill Oakley; daughters, Billie Stingley and husband, Allan and Tammy Hicks and husband Steve; son, Greg Oakley and wife Cindy; grandchildren, Benji Oakley and wife, Leslie Price, Jason Stingley and wife, Ginger Stingley, Sara Smyth and husband, Nate Smyth, Tiara Stingley and Caitlin Hicks; great grandchildren, Haylee Stingley, Cameron Stingley, Kieran Smyth, Quinn Smyth and Sylas Oakley; sister, Moline Cravens.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday November 25, 2015, at Central Church of Christ with burial will follow in the cemetery, officiating will be Allan Stingley, son-in-law.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 pm at Central Church of Christ, Tuesday November 24, 2015.
