Carolyn Sue Howell passed away on July 21, 2023 at her home in Sparta, Tennessee.
She was born on November 18, 1944 in Sparta, Tennessee.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene Howell; parents, William and Alva Tallent; brother, Otis Tallent; and grandson, Isiah Vinson.
She is survived by her children, Terry (Dana) Vinson, Melissa (Jeff) Mace, and Tony (Paige) Vinson; sister, Linda (Jimmy) Lafever; grandchildren, Ella Vinson, Kevin Sherrell, Kristopher Sherrell, Shanese Maynard, and Seth Vinson; along with 7 great grandchildren.
Arrangements:
There will be a visitation in the Chapel of Thurman Funeral Home on Monday, July 24, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a funeral service starting at 6:00 PM. Sister Sandra Vance will be officiating. Cremation will follow services.
