Billy Joe England, age 77, of Sparta, TN passed away Friday, August 16, 2013 at Cookeville Regional Hospital.
He was born December 25, 1935 in Sparta, Tennessee to Willie Grady England and Mary Fannie Luna England.
Preceded in death by parents; infant daughter, Sharon Denese England; brother, Erbie England and sister, Minnie Dell Gooch.
Survivors include wife of 57 years, Joyce England; children; Dennis England and wife Lisa, Glyn England and Tammy Dodson, Connie Stinson and Tim; 11 grandchildren, Daniel England, Denny England, Steven Sorrell, Shannon Decker, Jill Holman, Stephanie Prater, Shana Ramsey, Brittney Stinson, Krystal England, Hayli Weldon and Devin England; 13 great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews.
ARRANGEMENTS
Funeral services at Thurman Funeral Home, Monday, August 19, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in the Old Zion Cemetery in Sparta, Tennessee.
Family will receive friends at Thurman Funeral Home, Sunday, August 18, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m.
